The Membership Liaison shall promote the growth of the Association and actively solicit new members and implement periodical membership campaigns in accordance with plans established by the Board of Directors. Duties & Responsibilities shall be:
- Serve as a member of the Executive Board.
- Serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
- Serve as Chair of the Membership Council.
- Act as a liaison to the Board members of the Association.
- Submit monthly reports to the President regarding membership activity, and prepare and present a report at each Association meeting.
- Notify the President, Communications Chair, and NAMSS Southeastern Regional Representative of any member joining GAMSS.
- Send current membership roster to all members by March 1.
- Transfer supplies, pertinent files, and records to successor.
